The apartment is located in the upper part of Celerina, in a quiet and well-connected position. The ski lifts, railway station and village centre are approximately 600 metres away, whilst St. Moritz is reachable at just 2 km. The Samedan golf course is also 2 km away. During the summer season, the area offers numerous scenic walks and an ideal environment for relaxing and enjoying nature.
Located on the third floor, the accommodation enjoys a splendid 180° view over the surrounding valley.
The living area is bright and welcoming and leads to the balcony. It includes the lounge and open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The apartment is also equipped with cable TV and fast internet connection.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms and a bedroom with three single beds, ideal for families or groups. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The apartment has a parking space inside the condominium garage. No specific space is assigned: you can park in any available free space. The parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be occupied by only one vehicle. The car must be parked vertically in relation to the entrance, never horizontally, and must always be left unlocked with the keys inside.
Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
For the storage of sports equipment, a ski room is available.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.

If you expect to arrive outside these hours, the key will be made available through various methods; we therefore invite you to contact us before your arrival to arrange the details. Chesa Laura is located in Celerina, in a central and convenient position. The bus stop is approximately 300 metres away, whilst the railway station is 700 metres away. The Marguns ski lifts, connected to the Corviglia ski area, are accessible on foot and are approximately 800 metres away. St. Moritz is approximately 3 km away.
The apartment of approximately 120 m² is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and is laid out on a single level.
The entrance is equipped with a convenient cloakroom.
The living area opens onto a bright lounge with an integrated dining corner, from which you can access the balcony directly. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and offers everything you need to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: a double bedroom with two single mattresses (80x190 cm), a triple room with a single bed and a bunk bed, and a double room with a bunk bed.
