Chesa Ronchi is located in the San Gian area of Celerina, next to the Hotel Rosatsch and just a few steps from the splendid San Gian church and its spacious meadows. The location is ideal for lovers of outdoor activities: the cross-country ski trails and paths are directly accessible from the apartment. The railway station is approximately 500 metres away, the Celerina–Marguns cable car, which provides access to the St. Moritz ski resort, is 1 km away and in winter the free shuttle to the ski facilities passes right below the house. The supermarket is reachable in just 300 metres, whilst St. Moritz is approximately 5 km away.
The apartment is located on the second floor, without a lift, and is spread over two levels.
Living Area
The first level hosts a spacious lounge with dining area, bright and welcoming, and a separate fully equipped kitchen, also equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (not provided). On the same floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with shower, a second bedroom with bunk bed and a further bathroom with shower located in the corridor.
Sleeping area
The second level, accessible via internal staircase, is dedicated to the sleeping area and comprises two bedrooms with two single beds each, plus a bathroom with a bathtub.
Services and facilities
The property is completed by two garage parking spaces, a communal laundry room and a ski room.
Access to the laundry room requires collecting the key from our offices, subject to a CHF 100 deposit; the key must be returned at the end of use.
Should the vehicle not fit within the dimensions of the available parking spaces or it not be possible to park in the immediate vicinity, it shall be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
For the storage of sports equipment, a ski room is available. It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.
It is strictly forbidden to use the gymnasium.

We will be happy to welcome you at our office, open every day from 10:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside this time slot, the key will be made available to you through various methods. We therefore invite you to contact us before your arrival to arrange the details.
Check-in is normally available from 4:00 PM. If you wish to arrive early, please inform us in advance: we will do our best to accommodate your request. -
Chesa San Gian is located at the entrance to Celerina, coming from the fast road, in a convenient and well-connected position. The Celerina–Marguns ski lifts are approximately 900 metres away, whilst the cross-country skiing slopes are just 300 metres away. The bus stop is situated right below the house, guaranteeing quick connections to St. Moritz, which is approximately 3 km away. During the summer, the privileged position allows easy access to the main hiking trails of the Upper Engadin.
The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via a staircase, and develops on a single level for a surface area of approximately 120 m².
