Chesa Flurina is a property of about 40 years old located in a quiet and sunny area, a few steps from the Saluver cable car. Nearby are restaurants, shops, the post office and the station, conveniently reachable on foot in 5-10 minutes. St. Moritz is only 3 km away.
The apartment, spacious and welcoming, is located on the third floor and develops over two levels for a total surface area of approximately 130 m².
On the lower floor is the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with a south-facing balcony and walk-in wardrobe, two rooms with single beds and one with a bunk bed. There are three full bathrooms, two with a bathtub and one with a shower.
On the upper floor, the living area opens up, with a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, moka pot, and window, as well as a pantry with a freezer. The living room is bright and features a balcony, dining corner, television, radio, CD and DVD player, telephone, ironing board, and iron. The furnishings are simple and in a rustic style.
Guests can use the communal ski room and the condominium laundry room.
A covered parking space in the garage is included, with a maximum height of 180 cm.

The supermarket is just 300 metres away. St Moritz is 5 km distant.
