Chesa Spuondas is located in the residential area of Celerina, just 2.5 km from St. Moritz. The apartment is situated in a quiet and sunny location. From the entire house, there is a splendid view of the Engadin mountains.
Ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are within walking distance, with the Marguns cable car just 200 metres away. Celerina train station is 300 metres away.
The approximately 100 square metre apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of Chesa Spuondas. It is only accessible via stairs.
The apartment consists of an entrance, a spacious living room with dining area and a balcony with a view, kitchen, two double master bedrooms, one of which overlooks the balcony, one with two single beds and a single service room, two bathrooms and two storage rooms located in the attic. All around, you can take fantastic walks during the summer season. Enjoy your stay! The house has a fantastic 180° view of the valley. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with single beds (3 places) and two full bathrooms with shower and bathtub. From the main corridor, continuing to the balcony, there is the living room with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee pot, Nespresso, hot water kettle and fridge with freezer. The house has cable TV and fast internet. Important Information: Due to construction work in the neighborhood, from April 22, 2025 to August 22, 2025, vehicle access to the condominium will not be guaranteed. Pedestrian access will always be possible. The town of Celerina will provide parking spaces nearby, near Celerina station. However, the availability of these places is limited and depends on the number of places available at the moment. Seats are not assigned and will be available subject to availability. Chesa Culum is located a few steps from the center of Celerina on the edge of the town towards Samedan. It is only 260 meters from the train station and 400 meters from the centre, restaurants and supermarkets. The ski lifts are 600 meters from the house. The cross-country ski slopes are 700 meters away. In summer, paths for all kinds of excursions start directly from the house. The building has a garage, ski room and shared laundry. The apartment is a four-room apartment of approximately 110 square meters on the first floor. There are three bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom with tub, one with two single beds and one with a staggered bunk bed and single bed. Second bathroom with shower and double sinks. Large lounge with dining and living area with access to the south-facing balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Two parking spaces in the garage, ski room and communal laundry.
