Chesa Spuondas is located in the residential district of Celerina, just 2.5 km from St. Moritz. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area. From the whole house you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Engadine mountains.
Ski lifts such as cross-country skiing trails are within walking distance, and the Marguns cable car is only 200 metres away. Celerina train station is 300 metres away.
The apartment of about 100 square meters is located on the fourth and last floor of Chesa Spuondas. It can only be reached by stairs
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, large living room with dining area and balcony with view, kitchen, two double master bedrooms, one of which overlooks the balcony, one with two single beds and one with a single service, two bathrooms and two storage rooms in the attic.
Small garage for a single vehicle (max: height 188 cm, length 450 cm, width 320 cm). It is forbidden to park in condominium areas. If your car does not fit the garage size, we invite you to use the municipal car parks available in the village.

From the main corridor, proceeding towards the balcony, there is the living room with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, moka coffee maker, Nespresso, water boiler and refrigerator with freezer.

Important information:
Due to construction works in the neighbourhood, from 22 April 2025 to 31 August 2025, vehicular access to the apartment building will not be guaranteed.
Pedestrian access will always be possible. The municipality of Celerina will make parking spaces available nearby, close to Celerina station. However, the availability of these spaces is limited and depends on the number of free spaces at the time. The spaces are not assigned and will be available until they are full.

Chesa Culum is located a few steps from the center of Celerina on the edge of the town towards Samedan.
It is only 260 meters from the train station and 400 meters from the centre, restaurants and supermarkets.
The ski lifts are 600 meters from the house.
The cross-country ski slopes are 700 meters away.
In summer, paths for all kinds of excursions start directly from the house.
