Description
Chesa Ronchi is located in the San Gian area of Celerina, next to the Rosatch hotel, very close to the beautiful church of San Gian and its meadows. The cross-country ski trails and hiking trails are directly accessible from the apartment. The railway station is 500 metres away, the Celerina-Marguns cable car that gives access to the St. Moritz ski area is 1 km away and in winter the free shuttle to reach the ski lifts passes right by the house. The supermarket is only 300 metres away.
The 120 square metre apartment on the second floor without a lift is divided over two levels. On the first level there is a large living room with a dining area, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a room with bunk beds. On the second level there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom.
Two parking spaces in the garage, a communal laundry room and a ski room.
It is not possible to use the gym.
