Chesa Bursella is located in Madulain, along the road leading to the most picturesque excursions in the area. The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the valley and has a large terrace facing south-east. The renowned St. Moritz is about 20 km away, while the ski facilities in Zuoz are only 1 km away. For daily shopping, the Coop supermarket is accessible 2 km towards Zuoz, or 8-10 km towards Samedan, where there is a well-stocked commercial area.

Madulain is a quiet commune of about 200 inhabitants, perfect for those seeking peace and nature. It is located near the communes of Zuoz and Samedan and just 20 minutes from Sankt Moritz. The apartment, ideal for those who love staying immersed in the Alpine landscape, is just 500 metres from the railway station.
The accommodation is located in a residential complex with an indoor swimming pool and sauna, and is arranged on a single level. The living area is a unique and welcoming environment, with a small living room, an American-style kitchen and a practical raised dining area. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double room and one with two single beds that can be joined. The bathroom, available to guests, is complete with a bathtub with shower.
Two covered parking spaces are included and access to the communal laundry room. Swimming pool and sauna are available exclusively during the high season: in the months of July and August and from 10 December until the Monday after Easter.1 review -
Chesa Gravulaina - Madulain
Chesa Gravulaina is located in Madulain, on the street that leads up to all the most beautiful walks in the area. The apartment has a spectacular view of the surrounding valley, with a beautiful terrace facing South-East. St. Moritz is 20km away, the Zuoz ski lift is only 1km away.
The "Coop" supermarket is 2km away in the direction of Zuoz or alternatively in the direction of St. Moritz, the Samedan shopping area is about 8-10km away. Parking space available in the garage (maximum height 1. 95 metres). Wifi.
The apartment of approximately 65 m2 is on the first floor without a lift. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed and a single bed. Living room with a pair of sofas, dining area and covered south-facing balcony. Well-equipped kitchen and full bathroom with tub.

The fireplace is only decorative and cannot be used. The apartment does not have a laundry room.
