The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the valley and has a large terrace facing south-east. The renowned St. Moritz is about 20 km away, while the ski facilities in Zuoz are only 1 km away. For daily shopping, the Coop supermarket is accessible 2 km towards Zuoz, or 8-10 km towards Samedan, where there is a well-stocked commercial area.
Chesa Bursella develops on a single level and is located on the first floor, without a lift. The property has a south-facing balcony, equipped with an outdoor table.
The living area is an open space with living room and dining room integrated, while the kitchen, separate, is equipped with three burners, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with classic capsules (capsules not provided).
