In the heart of the quiet and authentic village of Madulain, just 15 km from St. Moritz, lies Chesa Grischuna, an old Engadine house that combines history and hospitality. The village, well connected by train and bus, provides an ideal base for exploring the Upper Engadine in every season.
The apartment, which is located on the second floor, is a three-room apartment of 60 m² on a single level, perfect for families or groups. It consists of a double room and two double rooms with single beds, and there is a practical changing table for children. The light-flooded living area welcomes guests in an open-space area that includes a living room, dining area and a modern American kitchen with three hobs, oven and dishwasher.

Madulain is a small town of 200 inhabitants, it's the ideal place for those seeking calm and wateriness. Near the towns of Zouz and Samedan just 20 minutes from Sankt Moritz. Cozy apartment, for guests who like spending time immersed in nature. The apartment is located in a residential complex with indoor pool and sauna, garage (two parking lots available)

Chesa Bursella is located in Madulain, along the road leading to the most picturesque excursions in the area. The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the valley and has a large terrace facing south-east. The renowned St. Moritz is about 20 km away, while the ski facilities in Zuoz are only 1 km away. For daily shopping, the Coop supermarket is accessible 2 km towards Zuoz, or 8-10 km towards Samedan, where there is a well-stocked commercial area.
Chesa Bursella develops on a single level. The accommodation has a south-facing balcony, equipped with an outdoor table. Open-plan living area with integrated living room and dining room, while the kitchen, separate, is equipped with three hobs and a dishwasher. The sleeping area offers a double bedroom and one with two single beds. The bathroom is fully equipped with all comforts.
A parking space in the garage is included, with a maximum height of 1.95 metres.
