Chesa Muragl is located at the beginning of Pontresina coming from St. Moritz on the outskirts of the village in a very green area with a splendid view of the mountains and Val Roseg. It is located approximately 1 km from Pontresina's pedestrian zone where you can find all shops and services. St. Moritz is just over 5 km away and the Celerina-Marguns cable car is 3.5 km away, the Muottas Muragl funicular is 1 km away. Cross-country skiing and walking trails are directly accessible from the house.
The 65 sqm apartment consists of a living room with dining area, two bedrooms - one double and the other with two adjacent single beds, kitchen and bathroom.
A parking space in the garage (maximum height 198 cm). Wi-fi included. Communal laundry.
It is strictly forbidden to park extra vehicles in the area in front of the dwelling. The condominium administration reserves the right to contact the authorities for forced vehicle removal and the issuance of related sanctions.
