Chesa Pitz Alv 38 is located in Pontresina, in a strategic position and well connected to the town centre and main services. The railway station is approximately 1 km away, whilst the nearest bus stop is reachable in just 200 metres. St. Moritz is 5 km away and the ski facilities of Celerina–Marguns, connected to the Corviglia area, are approximately 3 km away.
The mansard apartment, approximately 40 m², is accessible only by lift plus one flight of stairs and is laid out on a single level.
The living area opens onto a bright open space that includes a lounge, kitchenette and dining area. From here you have access to the balcony. The American-style kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and everything needed to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
The night area consists of two interconnected bedrooms: a double bedroom and a single bed room. There is a complete bathroom with shower.
At the disposal of guests there is a motorised parking space in the garage.
The maximum height of the garage entrance is 150 cm.
Maximum dimensions of the mobile platform:
* Height 150 CM
* Depth 500 CM
* Maximum weight 2000 KG
Should the vehicle not fall within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
For the storage of sports equipment there is a ski room and a bike room.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.
The condominium also offers a paid sauna, for which advance booking is required, and a table tennis table located on the ground floor.
