The apartment is located in the high area of Samedan, a privileged position that offers a splendid view of the surrounding mountains. Its location is particularly convenient: the bus stop is just 200 metres away and the railway station is 500 metres away. St. Moritz is just 8 km away, while the ski facilities of Celerina–Marguns are about 5 km away.

Located on the third floor of a residential building served by an elevator, the apartment is spread over a single level and is ideal for families or small groups. At the entrance, there is a practical wardrobe. The living area consists of a bright open space that combines kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed that can be opened to offer two additional sleeping places.

The bedroom is a triple room, with three single beds: one raised and two that can be joined to form a double bed, depending on needs. The bathroom is complete with shower, sink and WC. The apartment is surrounded by a large terrace with an open view of the mountains, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

At the guests' disposal there are also a parking space in the garage and a storage room for skis and bicycles. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and TV.

NOTE: It is reported that there is no washing machine and it is not possible to use the communal laundry.

Chesa Chavriol is located in the upper and most scenic part of Samedan, offering an unparalleled view of the Engadine valley and the majestic Bernina Group. Immersed in tranquillity, this residence is about 1 km from the railway station and slightly less from the town centre, with shops and services easily accessible on foot. The bus stop is 900 metres away, while the prestigious 18-hole golf course in Samedan is only 1.5 km away. The Celerina-Marguns ski lifts are 4 km away and elegant St. Moritz is just 6 km away. In the vicinity, there is also the Samedan sports field, ideal for family leisure time.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, accessible via stairs from the main entrance, and develops entirely on a single level. The interior offers spacious and well-organised spaces, perfect for welcoming families or groups of friends. The living room and dining room are united in a single bright and convivial environment, furnished with a large dining table and overlooking a wide balcony that offers a splendid view of the Engadine mountains.
The kitchen, separated from the living area, is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and also includes a practical raised snack table with stools for four people, perfect for breakfasts or moments of relaxation.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: a triple room with a bunk bed and a single bed, a double room with single beds, and a welcoming and well-lit double bedroom. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower, toilet and washbasin, the other more spacious, equipped with a bathtub with shower, double washbasin, toilet and bidet, thus offering comfortable solutions for every need.

To complete the offer, there are two parking spaces, one in the garage and one external, a ski storage and access to the communal laundry, available for guests.

The house is also suitable for sports enthusiasts and bobsleigh and sledding fans: the garage allows the use and storage of these equipment. This possibility is available exclusively by prior agreement between our agency and the client, in order to ensure the best organisation of the stay.

Upon request, it is also possible to bring a pet, provided it is covered by insurance and with prior agreement with our agency.
