The apartment is located in the upper area of Samedan, a privileged position that offers a splendid open view of the surrounding mountains. The location is particularly convenient: the bus stop is approximately 200 metres away, the railway station 500 metres away and St. Moritz is just 8 km away. The ski facilities at Celerina–Marguns are reachable in approximately 5 km, making the property ideal both for lovers of winter sports and for those wishing to explore the Engadin in every season.
Located on the third floor of a residential building served by a lift, the apartment is laid out on a single level and is perfect for families or small groups. At the entrance there is a practical wardrobe. The living area is a bright open space that combines kitchen, dining room and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (not provided). The lounge has a comfortable double sofa bed, which can be opened to provide two additional beds.
The bedroom is a triple, with three single beds: one raised and two that can be joined together to form a double bed, depending on the guests' needs. The bathroom is complete with shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is surrounded by a large terrace with open views of the mountains, an ideal space to relax in the open air.
Guests have access to one parking space in the garage. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi and TV. Should the vehicle not fit within the dimensions of the available parking spaces or it not be possible to park in the immediate vicinity, it shall be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
Check-in is normally available from 4:00 PM. If you wish to arrive early, we invite you to inform us in advance: we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The bus stop is 900 metres away, while the prestigious 18-hole golf course in Samedan is only 1.5 km distant.
The Celerina-Marguns ski lifts are 4 km away and the elegant St. Moritz is just 6 km away. The Survih Ski Lift is only 900 metres away and is ideal for families with children learning to ski.
A quicker pedestrian route is available to reach the town; being shorter, it has a steeper gradient compared to the main road. Continuing along Via Quadrellas, you can reach Samedan Post in approximately 15 minutes.
