Chesa Muot Marias is located in the center of Sils Maria just 200 meters from the town square and the historic center. The house is in front of the departure of numerous walks and cross-country ski runs. St. Moritz is only 10 km away.

The apartment directly overlooks numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski slopes, and is just a few steps from Lake Sils, which is also visible from inside the dwelling. In the immediate vicinity, there is also the picturesque path that leads to Val Fex, one of the most enchanting valleys in the region, as well as routes for summer hikes and e-bike trails.
During the winter, a convenient bus stop located near the house offers a free shuttle service that takes you directly to the Furtschellas ski area. The Corvatsch ski area is instead reachable in just 10 minutes by bus, while the famous resort of St. Moritz is just 10 kilometres away.
The apartment, spacious and bright, is located on the first floor (without lift) and develops on a single level for a total surface area of 100 square metres.
