In winter, a ski lift for kids and cross-country trails are just a few meters from the building and the Corvatsch cable car is only 600 meters away ski-to-door access. In summer, trails start directly from the house and the kite/windsurf center on Silvaplana lake is only 1 km away.

On the ground floor, there is a local co-working space with free WiFi open to the public. The 150 m2 apartment is located on the third and top floor of the building, which can be reached by lift. It consists of a large living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and the last one with two bunk beds. It has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The kitchen has all the accessories and the apartment has WiFi and smart TV.
