In summer, trails start directly from the house and the kite/windsurf center on Silvaplana lake is only 1 km away.

Guests can take advantage of a parking spot in a covered garage with limited dimension: Height 200 cm - Width 240 cm - Length 545 cm, as well as ski and bike storage facilities, and a shared laundry room. Access to the apartment on the 3rd floor is via staircase only.
