The apartment offers a splendid living area with a balcony from which one can enjoy a pleasant view of the valley. The kitchen is separate from the living room and is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided).
The night area has 3 rooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and a third with two bunk beds, available for two guests. The apartment is served by two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, both equipped with a bidet.
The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
Available to guests is a parking space in the garage with limited dimensions:

If the vehicle does not fit within the indicated measurements, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.

Chesa Chalavus is located in St. Moritz Bad, just 700 metres from the Signal cable car, next to the bus stop. The supermarket and bakery are very close by. The cross-country skiing slopes and the most beautiful walking trails are just a few steps away, as is Lake St. Moritz.
The apartment, approximately 70 sqm, is accessible by lift. The living area offers an excellent sense of relaxation; the environment is modern and welcoming. The open space comprises a lounge and open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and fitted with all comforts, including a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules are not provided).
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The second bedroom has three single beds. The property is completed by a second bathroom with a shower.
Guests can use a parking space in a shared garage with the following dimensions:

Should the vehicle not fit within the indicated dimensions, it will be the guest's responsibility to find alternative solutions at municipal car parks.
For the storage of sports equipment, a ski room is available. There is also a shared laundry facility in the building.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out waxing operations within the condominium area.
