Chesa San Gian is located at the entrance of Celerina, coming from the fast road, in a favourable and well-connected position. It is 900 metres from the Celerina-Marguns ski lifts and only 300 metres from the cross-country ski trails, making it ideal for mountain lovers in every season. During the summer, its privileged position allows easy access to the main hikes of Upper Engadine.
The apartment extends over a single level on the first floor, accessible via a staircase, and offers an area of approximately 120 square metres. The interiors are spacious and welcoming: the living area includes a large living room with an integrated dining room and direct access to a lovely balcony with a view of the condominium garden. The kitchen, separated from the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle.
The property has four bedrooms. The first is a double room with a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC. The second is a double room with single beds, while the third is a double bedroom. The fourth is also a double bedroom, equipped with a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and WC. There is also an additional bathroom with a sink, bidet, and bathtub with a shower, conveniently positioned in front of the other rooms.
The apartment has a shared laundry facility for a fee, thus offering everything necessary for a practical and comfortable stay in Celerina.

Chesa Flurina is a property of about 40 years old located in a quiet and sunny area, a few steps from the Saluver cable car. Nearby are restaurants, shops, the post office and the station, conveniently reachable on foot in 5-10 minutes. St. Moritz is only 3 km away.
The apartment, spacious and welcoming, is located on the third floor and develops over two levels for a total surface area of approximately 130 m².
On the lower floor is the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with a south-facing balcony and walk-in wardrobe, two rooms with single beds and one with a bunk bed. There are three full bathrooms, two with a bathtub and one with a shower.
On the upper floor, the living area opens up, with a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, moka pot, and window, as well as a pantry with a freezer. The living room is bright and features a balcony, dining corner, television, radio, CD and DVD player, telephone, ironing board, and iron. The furnishings are simple and in a rustic style.
Guests can use the communal ski room and the condominium laundry room.
A covered parking space in the garage is included, with a maximum height of 180 cm.

We will be happy to welcome you at our office, which is open every day from 10:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside of this time slot, the key will be made available to you through various methods. We therefore invite you to contact us before your arrival to agree on the details.
Check-in is normally scheduled from 4:00 PM. If you wish to arrive early, please inform us in good time: we will do our best to accommodate your request. -
Chesa Ronchi is located in the San Gian area of Celerina next to the Rosatch hotel, very close to the beautiful San Gian church and its meadows. Cross-country ski trails and hiking paths are directly accessible from the apartment. The railway station is 500 metres away, the Celerina-Marguns cable car which provides access to the St. Moritz ski area is 1 km away, and in winter the free shuttle to reach the ski facilities passes right by the house. The supermarket is just 300 metres away. St Moritz is 5 km distant.
The apartment on the second floor without a lift develops over two levels. On the first level are the large living room with dining area, the separate kitchen, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with shower, the second bedroom with bunk bed and the bathroom with shower in the corridor.
The second level, accessible via an internal staircase, houses two rooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a bathtub.
They complete the property with two parking spaces in the garage, the condominium laundry room and the ski room.
It is strictly forbidden to use the gym.
