The 100 m² attic apartment is located on the second floor without a lift. It features a spacious living room with dining area and sofas, and a separate fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, and cooking utensils. Guests also have access to a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (capsules not provided). The apartment offers a stunning view of Lake Silvaplana.
The night area consists of three bedrooms: two double rooms and an attic room with two single beds. The height of the room with the two single beds is reduced and the beds have a shorter length (beds 190 x 140 centimetres). There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Guests can use two parking spaces in the condominium garage.
